We love it when we receive messages like this from our customers:
“I’m writing to you just now to say what a fantastic service I have received from yourselves as a business and your employee Claire at your geldard road branch last Wednesday.
I called up on my dinner break at work to query your opening hours as I was low on gas for my calor gas heater which I bought from yourselves at the beginning of the month.
Claire remembered me from when I bought the heater as she lives close to me and without hesitation and to my surprise she offered to drop me a bottle off that evening!
As promised that same evening after Claire’s working hours and in her own time Claire dropped me the bottle off and I arranged to make payment the next day!
When Claire dropped the bottle off I politely asked if she would show me how to disconnect the old bottle, again without hesitation Claire disconnected The bottle and showed me how to do it in future instances.
When Claire initially pulled the bottle off the van she had seen me struggling with the bottle.
Claire kindly took it off me and brought it right up to my calor gas heater.
Claire is a fantastic member of staff, always thinking about her customers in my eyes (during the delivery Claire mentioned that she didn’t want her customers to be cold).
I don’t know if you do this but please make this known to Claire and reward her for her exceptional customer service!
