3 x Seasoned Danish pork sausages
3 x Coarse hot dog rolls
2 x Tablespoons coarse mustard
1 x Red onion
½ dl. White wine vinegar
2 x Tablespoons sugar

1. Start by prepping the pickled onion. Peel the onion and cut in to thin slices

2. Put the onion, white wine vinegar and sugar in a small saucepan and allow it to simmer for 6- 7 minutes until the pickle has boiled down

3. Pour the onions into a bowl and allow them to cool down

4. Using your Char-Broil Grill2Go X200 Portable Gas Barbecue, light the grill

5. Put the sausages on the grill and give them a couple of minutes until they have good grill marks. Put them aside

6. Toast the hotdog rolls on the grill, be careful as they can quickly get hot!

7. Split the rolls and arrange the sausages with a little coarse mustard and pickled red onion
