1lb Beef Mince
One Medium Onion
One Beef Oxo Cube
One Clove of Garlic – Crushed
Two Tablespoons of Dried Breadcrumbs
Two Tablespoons Heinz Tomato Ketchup
One Medium Sized Egg Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
Large Red Onion
Parmesan Cheese
Iceberg Lettuce

Grate the onion into a large bowl and mix in all the ingredients thoroughly. Leave for 10 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to soak up the juices and then mix it again.

Shape and form the mixture in to burgers using your hands! For that authentic barbecue taste we use the Napoleon Professional Charcoal Kettle Barbecue with Lumpwood Charcoal Charcoal for a rich smoky flavour.

Using a spatula from the Lifestyle BBQ Utensil Set, place the burgers gently onto the Napoleon BBQ griddle and cook on a medium to low heat approx. 10 mins either side. Resist the urge to squash the burger with your spatula despite the lovely noise it makes! This will only dry the burger out.

For those of you who love a bit of spice, chop 3 small red chillies very fine and add to the mixture.  Make sure you wash your hands after touching these before touching any part of your anatomy!!

Serve with fried red onions, finely chopped lettuce and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese… yum yum!
