We provide bottled gas deliveries for national accounts, commercial and domestic customers across the UK. These deliveries will be either direct from innergy Group Ltd or via our network partners – Flogas and Air Liquide where deliveries are outside of our coverage area. All deliveries will be organised by us to ensure ease and simplicity, as you would expect all deliveries will be made by trained gas delivery drivers.
We are currently working to 2- 3 working days for deliveries, in some instances, we may be able to offer named day delivery. We also offer a business response for our commercial customers.

We provide equipment sales across the United Kingdom. All our deliveries are fulfilled by our network of trusted third-party couriers or dispatched directly from our suppliers. Please allow an average of 3- 5 working days for delivery, during our busy peak periods April – July deliveries may take up to 5- 7 working days.
Cylinder Refill Agreement
When you first purchase a Flogas gas bottle you are issued with a Refill Agreement Charge of £46.80 on small cylinders, leisures and medium sized cylinders. All Flogas bottles remain our property for the duration of use and this allows us to exchange bottles included in your order with supplies of gas. We will refill gas bottles by providing you with a pre-filled bottle in exchange for the empty bottle. A bottle can only be exchanged for a similar replacement bottle, within the same category as the exchanged bottle, otherwise a new cylinder refill agreement will be charged.
Do I need a Cylinder Refill Agreement?
Yes – if you don’t have an empty bottle of the same type / size, you will need to purchase a new bottle along with a Cylinder Refill Agreement charge of £46.80.
No – if you currently have an empty bottle of the same size/type then all you need is a gas refill. Simply exchange your empty bottle for a new one.
Why do I have to pay upfront for a new cylinders?
When you buy gas from us in a cylinder, you’ll be asked to pay a ‘cylinder charge’ for each cylinder. This is because it will remain the property of our supplier “Flogas” and it is being provided to you only for the purposes of using the gas supplied. When the cylinder is empty, you can simply exchange it for a pre-filled cylinder or return the empty cylinder to us. There is no charge when swapping a cylinder within the same category.
Can I change my cylinder for a different one?
You can swap your gas cylinder for any cylinder within the same category. If you’re not sure which category your cylinder is in, they are outlined below.
Small cylinder category Propane: 11kg, 6kg, 4.7kg, 3,9kg
Small cylinder category Butane: 7kg, 4.5kg
Leisure Gas category: 11kg and 6kg
Gaslight category: 10kg and 5kg
Large cylinder category: 47kg, 19kg, 18kg FLT, 11kg FLT
13kg Butane and large cylinders are like for like only.
Will I receive a refund if I bring back an empty cylinder to you?
Gas Equipment & Welding Equipment – We offer free delivery on all equipment orders including Welding, Barbecues, Patio Heaters/ Fire Pits, Portable Gas Heaters and all Accessories.
Gas Bottle Cylinders – All gas bottles deliveries are subject to a £5.99 delivery charge.
Please be advised that we only accept empty Flogas branded cylinders in exchange for full cylinders of the same size cylinder. A cylinder charge will apply if an empty Flogas branded cylinder is not returned at the point of delivery. The delivery charge is non-refundable in the event of a failed delivery.
Collection is available from either one of our depots.
Cancelling your order
If you cancel the order within 7 days for any reason, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible:
- All product(s) must be returned to us within 14 days. Returns are at your own cost unless the product(s) is faulty/ defective. If the product(s) is faulty/ defective we will arrange for collection of the product(s) from you no later than 14 days after the day on which you have given notice of your cancellation
- We will require proof of returns postage if we have not received your product(s) within 14 days
- If the item is found to not be faulty upon receipt, we have the right to deduct our shipping/ collection costs
- Refunds are processed using the same method of payment used to pay for your order, there will be no additional fees or any deductions incurred and you will be refunded for the full amount paid
- You should take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession as we have the right to make a deduction from any refund due to you if the product(s) are not returned in a reasonable condition (i.e. in a way which would not be permitted in a shop)
- Any product(s) can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if the product(s) has not been used and is still in original packaging. This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made in-store, online or over the phone. You must also have proof of your original receipt
- We have the right to refuse refunds if the product(s) has been used.
If the Product is faulty or defective
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
If the product is faulty or defective, you should contact us by sending us an email to [email protected] or by telephone on Freephone 0808 141 5795. We will require photographic evidence of the product(s) If we require you to return the product(s), these will be examined upon receipt, we will notify you within a reasonable time by telephone if you are entitled to a refund. We will process the refund for defective or faulty product(s) as soon as possible and within 14 days of us reaching a refund agreement.
Returns Policy – Gas Cylinders
Please note that if your order includes Cylinder Gas, and you cancel the under the seven (7) day returns period or for any other reason (e.g. defective products), the collection of the Cylinder will be at a different time and possibly a different day to the collection of any other product(s) that you are returning.
