Business As Usual – COVID-19 Coronavirus

As the situation with the Coronavirus outbreak remains serious and ever-changing innergy would like to offer you our assurances that we are operating normally.

Our customers still need bottled gas to power forklift trucks, manufacture equipment, provide fresh food supplies and heat business as well as homes. All our delivery drivers continue to bring gas to homes and businesses as usual. Our telephone lines remain open from 8.00 am until 5 pm.

We have made a decision to temporarily close Dewsbury, Knottingley and York branches to customers who wish to collect. This is to ensure the safety of all customers and staff. Both Leeds and Goole remain open for those customers who wish to collect.

We ask that whenever possible you pay by card and that you use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the premises. We also respectfully ask that you observe social distances guidelines and stay at least 2 metres away from our staff and fellow customers. We are also limiting access to only two customers at any one time with in the branches.
